Kirby and the rainbow curse review ♡

I'm really happy to review this game for you guys because I've been so excited about this game ever since it was announced. I waited for so long!~ Kirby & The Rainbow Curse ($39) Is seriously one of the cutest games i've played in a long, long while. Sadly its only playable on the Nintendo Wii, it would have been really great on the Nintendo 3DS since the whole game is you using the stylus to draw rainbow everywhere.

Heres a trailer including some of the actual gameplay. I absolutely adore the textures they used in this game because its so different than anything they've ever done before. Its consistent and super colorful! The claymation makes it so endearing because you can see the fingerprints all along the characters and scenery. Its especially cute when Kirby gets launched against a wall and he flattens out because he's made out of clay.

One of the main reasons I really wanted this game is because its multiplayer and I really wanted to play it with my boyfriend. You can play with up to 4 people which is fantastic because if you're going to pay $39 for a game you want to be able to play it with some friends! I played a few levels alone and found that the game is actually much more enjoyable when you're playing with a partner because waddle dee actually helps out a lot. Although there are some short levels that multiplayer isn't allowed but they only ever last for 10-30 seconds and then the other players jump back in.

I honestly cannot get over how pretty the game play is. The screenshots do it zero justice! Its so high quality and colorful it makes you feel really happy just playing it! I didn't want to take a lot of screenshots of the gameplay because I didn't want to give a ton away but most of the game is you using the stylus to guide kirby around. It was fairly easy at first and I was a bit worried that the game would go by quickly and i'd be done with it in a few days but now that i'm towards the end of the game it gets more difficult and its challenging in a good way. Theres things to do even after you finish the game. There is a music box feature where you can collect music from the game and past kirby games that you can listen to on your Wiiu which is perfect because the soundtrack for this game is adorable.

Theres also a feature called Secret diary that you can collect pages from a Diary and the art for that feature is AMAZING its honestly so cute I don't know how anyone could hate it. Each level has a different page about the level (which is written by Elline) I didn't know about these during the first few levels so I need to go back and try and collect them all! I can't wait to read them in order.

This game is actually Amiibo compatible! Amiibo are Nintendos brand new figures that are interactive with select games. Kirby and the rainbow curse works with the Kirby, Meta knight, and King dedede Amiibo. I have all three of them and i've tried all three with the game and honestly I could totally live without using them for the game ever again. You can only use each amiibo once per day (lame) and for only one level. They grant you things like extra health, more hit points, and attack bonuses which are all barely noticeable.

All in all i'm super happy with this game. I would buy it again in a heart beat! Its super fun and I would recommend it to anyone for all ages. If I had any complaint it would be that when you're playing with someone else you really aren't looking at the same screen... Since player one (Kirby) needs to be played on the gamepad with a stylus you are looking down 100% of the time while player two-four are looking at the TV screen. Which isn't honestly anything too big but I have noticed you can see more details on the TV screen than you can on the gamepad which is a small complaint, but you know!

My new tattoo ♡

I've been wanting to get a Korilakuma tattoo for so long now and I finally got it done! I got it done by the lovely Melvin at Propaganda Tattoo. It was my first time getting any kind of ink done on my legs! This is currently my 6th tattoo! It came out even better than I expected. Im so completely in love with it! I just got it today (Jan 17th) so its still pretty swollen and puffy but once it heals ill post an update photo! I actually found Melvin on instagram after looking everywhere for a tattoo artist that does cutesy tattoos. She actually did my other tattoo that you can see here

The details are so amazing! The sprinkles on the doughnuts and the little seeds on the strawberries are my favorite ♡ u ♡ Honestly it did hurt pretty bad and compared to my other tattoos its one of the worst ones but it was so worth it. It took around 4 and half hours in total so by the end of it my skin was really sensitive. I would do it all over again though if I had to because its so amazing.

I really hope you guys like it and if you want to get anything done by Melvin I would suggest calling her at propaganda or message her on instagram! ♡ If you have any questions about tattoos or anything leave them below and ill do my best to answer them!

My new tattoo ♡

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

So yesterday afternoon I got my third tattoo! If you cant tell by my blog, I kind of have a little obsession with sunflowers. When I was younger my mom would call me her little sunflower, and as a mothers day present to her I got this done. I absolutely love the way it came out.

All and all, it didn't really hurt that bad. From 1-10 it was probably a 4. It was more irritating than it was painful. I'm so happy I finally got my sunflower tattoo! I've been wanting one forever.

Heres the tattoo all finished! Its so pretty! Romeo Lacoste did my tattoo, he lives in San diego just like me so if you wanna make an appointment with him, you totally should. The shop he works at is super adorable and his work is amazing! here are his websites! :

Update on my life ♡

I've been doing so many things lately and I wanted to talk to you guys about it because I love filling you guys in on my life! I like to think of you all as my friends, so yeah! Recently i've been looking into moving out of my parents house and spreading my wings, that scares me a lot because my mom means the world to me but i'm turning 20 in june and I feel like its about time to do it. I never knew how frustrating and stressful looking for somewhere to live is! But its also fun and exciting at the same time, so when the time gets closer I can't wait to show you guys my new home. I've also been working on a t-shirt line! If you follow me on twitter then you already know about this and so many of you have been asking me when everything going to be started up, well we currently have four designs and sometime this week we have a meeting with a screen printing company to talk about prices, so right now i'm thinking about printing on American apparel and charging around $20-25. But, of course... nothing is set in stone YET, because the prices of everything is still up in the air but BEST BELIEVE I will post about everything when its done! The designs are going to be very anime cutesy meets a little naughty! You will totes love it! Other than that i've been working on some super cute things with Angelica, the owner of Tokyo hardcore that are secrets for now... And lastly, i've been looking for a new job! I'm pretty unhappy where i'm working right now and I really want to find somewhere new to work. Of course I feel blessed that I even have a job, but i'm on the lookout. I don't want to be unhappy there anymore...

I wore my hair down the middle today, do you guys like it?! I think I might keep it like this for a while but i'm not sure. It's really easy not having hair in your face 90% of the time and i'm pretty sure my forehead will love me because it wont be breaking out any time soon. I've also been thinking about dyeing my hair lighter again but ugh, girl retouching your roots is SUCH a pain. I miss my pink streaks so bad! But I feel like pastel pink on black hair might be a little harsh you know? Give me suggestions! Also, It might be time for me to get a hair cut... dun dun dun.... I haven't cut any of my hair besides my bangs in almost three years so my hair is super long and thick (giggle) and it's starting to give me a headache when its up in a pony and when i'm at work it HAS to be in a pony so its getting to be a little much. But the thought of cutting my hair gives me anxiety ; - ; ANYWHO, thats all I can think of for now. I hope all my little kittens are doing well

Photo blog! What I did today ♡

Sorry for the lack of blog posts lately guys, I hope you forgive me! I have a bunch of cool companies to tell you about soon. Anyways, today I hung out with my best friend and we went to wholefoods to eat lunch, and after we went to seaport village, here in San Diego where I live. I got a super yummy roast beef sammiewhich! I also got some strawberry lemonade. At whole foods I saw the prettiest flowers I was in aw, i'm so happy that it's spring time. Oh! and did you guys see the HUGE strawberry I got?! it was like 5 strawberries in one! After we left whole foods we headed over to seaport. It was SO windy! There were a bunch of kites everywhere and it was so pretty. I wish I could have one of those cool kites. While we were walking around I saw these rocks all balanced on each other and it was really cool! I had a really good day since I haven't hung out with him in a while.
