This is what I ate for lunch today ^o^. Simple, fresh and totally yum worthy! It took me less than 20 minutes to make this and I usually make this to take to work when i'm lazy and don't want to make something hot. A quick little tip for you is: If you're making guac to go in your food and theres some left over, pop it in the freezer and it will stay fresh longer. Thats what I do.
